Since May 2022, MECH-I-TRONIC has been supported by Groupack, who has been part of the Group’s journey since its foundation. Our governance model is rooted in a virtuous collaboration between the visionary entrepreneurs who align with Groupack’s vision and the extensive expertise of our management team.
At MECH-I-TRONIC, we prioritize aggregation over acquisition, respecting and preserving the legacy, values, and unique expertise of the companies that join our federation. He has established expertise in management, packaging, innovation and M&A.
Former CEO of Guala Closures, he led the company from 20 to 600 million euros in sales, managing extraordinary transactions such as 4 transactions with PE funds, 2 IPOs, and the structuring of a 1 billion euro listed bond.
Previously, he was CEO of Crown Cork EMEA.

He specializes in investment, private markets, operations and innovation.
Founder and CEO of IVFUNDS, a private capital company focused on high growth and innovation.
He has held senior positions as Associate Director at The Carlyle Group and Bain & Co, as well as experience at Hewlett-Packard as Supply Chain Manager.
He believes in innovation and entrepreneurship as forces for good and is dedicated to partnering with entrepreneurs to build valuable companies that improve people's lives.
Giuseppe Donagemma

COO of MECH-I-TRONIC, with more than 20 years of experience in management roles at leading ICT and Fortune 100 companies, as well as more than 10 years in SMEs...
Specialising in strategy, leadership, market operations, M&A and innovation, he has held senior positions in large organisations, technology start-ups and entrepreneurial companies.
His successes include developing strategies for new business units, opening up emerging markets and creating strategic partnerships for innovative initiatives.
He currently serves as Chairman of Avanseus Ltd (Singapore, Artificial Intelligence), is a member of the Board of Directors of Satispay SpA (Milan, Fintech) and Advisor to the CEO of Mavenir Inc (Dallas, CloudSW).
